White Globe interview questions

Not a good Company. Not at all recommended. The HR Sayli had a telephone conversation with me in the second week of March 2025. The next call was in a few days on Google meet. They offered me a salary which was average. Just to send the offer letter, the HR took 3-4 days that too after I followed up with her. Many things in the offer letter were handwritten, scanned and then sent. At the last moment, the numbers were changed. The HR Sayli backed out giving a family issue reason & the conversation was further given to Preeti who was from the HR department I suppose. When she spoke to me, it was like a first time call & she did not know anything about the conversation that i had with Sayli. The issue wasn’t resolved & after a few hours I got a call from one more person from the team again who did not have any clarity on the monthly targets & my conversation. The HR Sayli sent me a mail that the offer had been withdrawn as I did not join on the 25th of March 2025 whereas Without any clarity given on the targets, Job role how can one blindly accept the offer? Kindly do not waste your time getting interviewed with this company. Also do check their reviews on different online reputation management platforms from various departments in their organisation itself & also of those people who are working or worked with them.
