I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at White House Black Market (Tuscaloosa, AL) in Dec 2017
Interview
Very casual interview and it felt more just like an open conversation. The manager asked me to create looks for a work trip to Las Vegas. The customer needed two outfits for the plane ride there and home, a work outfit, and an outfit for a night out. She stressed that the looks should be head to toe and that its a good idea to reuse pieces. After I was finished I described and explained the looks like I would for a customer. We then went to the backroom and she asked me a series of questions.
