I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Whiteboard Federal (Reston, VA) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview was not very technical, we went over my resume and experience, and how my skills and interests were intrinsic to the company's values. The majority of the interview had to do with explaining the security clearance process and the involved actions.

Question 1
Describe your greatest challenges in your last position
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Whiteboard Federal (Sandy, UT) in July 2016
Interview
The interview process was great. It didn't feel like an interview at all. The person who interviewed me was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They give you a list of company's core values and you can pick one of them to start with. The one I chose was customer first and then you have to explain how that applies in your opinion.

Question 1
How you reacted when a supervisor gave you feedback you didn't agree with?
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whiteboard Federal
Interview
My initial interview was over the phone with the CEO of the company (that impressed me right off the bat) and lasted 1.5 hours. He really got to know me and what my goals were while discussing culture and what WBF needed from me. I was invited in to a face-to-face interview with the CEO, President and VP of the company. I spent 3.5 hours in deep discussion that truly left me excited about opportunities with them.
