Interviewed for a CLO Credit Analyst position at the Austin, TX office. First couple of interviews were great… until I received the final case study. I emailed the 3 people I spoke with a question regarding the case study - no response. I then spent hours that entire week working on it, having to cancel plans. Sent it over - no response. Followed up a week later and still no response. They posted the role again weeks later. I was on the low end of experience, but regardless, don’t expect these guys to respect your time and effort. By far the worst communication skills from a company I have ever experienced, but maybe the other locations are different.
