I interviewed at Who Gives a Crap

      Interview

Very time consuming and disheartening process. Multiple rounds of interview, some as early as 7AM as the interviewer was cross site overseas. Repeatedly asked the same questions from a range of people that could have been far more efficiently achieved within the one panel interview. Huge time investment across over a month of interviews which I feel is a very poor experience for the interviewee. Some staff interviewing me seemed frustrated to be there and vented to me that they had almost no notice of this interview so I immediately felt like I was an inconvenience to them. Very disappointing experience and damaged my view of the brand.
