I answered incorrectly, I talked about delivering the organisation's vision, when what they wanted is just somebody to do what they are told and deliver anything thrown at them. I didn't have an issue with this, but feedback I got was I was too easy going. From this experience, I take, if they like you they like you regardless of skills.
