Poor communication between HR and Technical Interviewer. They are not aware of each other's progress and role in the interview. HR had no response to applicant after finishing all requirements. No updates whatsoever.

was contacted by HR and was scheduled for an on site tech assessment. Technical assessment is imitating a video or picture in CSS using effects transitions and photoshop. The process was quite fast. Although for the final interview, it was scheduled at a really strange timeslot (around 6 am) and they won't change it so i cant wake up for it
