I was first called for a telephone interview. They ask a few critical questions to teaching; teaching certificate and the areas of certification. They hired me during the interview process.

I don't really remember all the questions they asked, but principals normally want to know how long I had taught. They asked about my experience during my student teaching. I was asked what approaches I used to engage student learning and what techniques I used in discipline within the classroom. I was asked my weaknesses and my strengths. I was asked why I wanted to work at Widefield School District #3.
