HR rep contacted me and did quick phone screen. They had me take a Thurstone test of mental alertness. I passed, but they would not divulge my score.
~30 minutes phone interview with Team Lead and Department Manager (the hiring manager) as the same time.
Asked to do in-person interview, I was told it would take 2.5 to 3 hours:
~30 minutes with HR Manager
~30 minutes with CTO (though he said he usually goes later, near the end)
~45 minutes with manager and team lead I previously had interviewed on the phone with.
~30 minutes with same team lead and members of team I would be actually be working with.
~30 minutes with HR rep that did the initial phone call where she explained all benefits.
No questions were highly technical. They seemed more interested in character, culture and personality fit.
I was told they would contact me by the end of the week (interviewed on Monday morning) and they had 1 more person to interview. I called Tuesday to ask a few questions. My references started calling me letting me know they were getting called Tuesday night. They called me Friday at 3:45pm with the HR manager and team lead to get some clarification about something I said in the interview. Said they would make a decision Monday morning. They called me back at 5:10pm with an offer. Received an e-mail about 30 minutes later with the full details.
