Wilchins Cosentino & Novins interview questions

first interview was with a named partner and one partner from the dept i was interviewing for. The second one was with a newer partner in the dept I was hoping to work in. The first interview went very well, they were very nice and had great convo. Second one not so well, the guy was very tough for no good reason and he also made it seem as if I would be a glorified paralegal who would just be churning out docs for him. The starting salary was also shockingly low and they were not willing to negotiate. Like were talking 50k less then other offers I have received.

Very easy. Had a phone call, in person quick chat, and another phone call. Very quick process because they needed someone quickly due to extremely high turnover rate at the firm.
