      Customer Support Specialist Interview

      13 Feb 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WildTangent in Jan 2018

      Interview

It was a panel interview that ran 2 hours long. The people I met with were all extraordinarily friendly and smart. Most of it was a culture / personality fit, but there was one panel that was exclusively technical that wasn't overly difficult. Overall a good interview, nothing that ran too long, but nothing too short either.
