Interviewers were pleasant. Company seems nice. But the product (which they use for the interviews) is awful and the pay is below market rate. I do appreciate how transparent and professional everyone in the process was. Moved a little too slow.
1st rd - recruiter screening (30 min)
2nd rd - VP interview (45 min)
3rd rd - role play w/ manager (I dropped out before this)

What's your greatest professional strength and weakness?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wildix in Dec 2023
Interview
Within a week of applying I heard from Wildix requesting an initial interview. The rest of the process was very quick. I had another interview with the hiring manager, than a role play activity, followed by a final interview with an Account Executive. The team was very open with their communication and provided prompt feedback throughout. Overall, this was one of the quickest interview processes I’ve experienced in my career.
