I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Wiline in Dec 2008
Interview
Was doing my M.S. in Chicago and received a phone call asking me to come to SF for an interview. Decided on date and then made a visit to the company. Very friendly/encouraging people, questions included , What is OSPF, VLSM, Vlans, subnetting.
It was pretty swift with homework assignment to gauge readiness to learn skills needed. The interview was professional and warm the questions very relevant to the job and insights into the company were provided when asked. Job description and overview was detail and set a decent level of expectations to the role.

I applied online. I interviewed at Wiline (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2015
Interview
Short easy questions in person. Took a long time to sort out the paper work. They have very basic salaries. Bonus package is not the best either.
Got a phone call first, then it was waiting time. Then when I went in, did not hear anything back for two weeks. Then it took ages again to get the contract sorted.
