Your interview will be with one of the Brokers-In-Charge and you would have the opportunity to meet other staff the day of the interview. The interview is an opportunity for the BIC to see if you are serious about your career. They are selective and want Realtors to be devoted to practicing Real Estate as their primary job. They want a Realtor who stays on top of their licensing and continuing education requirements and an Agent who understands and believes in, wholeheartedly, in the Realtors Code of Ethics. They will want you to have reliable and insured transportation. They will want to know that you adhere to a higher level of moral codes of conduct. When you join this firm, you are an agent under the broker in charge. So, you become a direct reflection of the level of service and quality of service this company provides to it's customers. They are discerning, and this is not just a place for anyone to hang their license.
