Question 1
How would you align with the wilko quality of making it fun to work here?
Very rude - random questions that had nothing to do with the job and abruptly would interrupt There was two people sitting either side of me and I couldn't directly look at them both so I kept having to move my head
I applied online. I interviewed at Wilko (Manchester, England) in June 2022
Interview
You apply online then get asked to come to an on site interview, then they will call you if you got the job. The interview was fairly easy, the hardest part is the scenario based questions but they’re all just based on the Wilko values.
