I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WillScot (Boston, MA) in Apr 2018
Interview
1. Contacted by the recruiter, we had a very generic phone screen with no defined next step.
2. Next was to complete a personality pre-employment test
3. Then a screen with the hiring Manager.
4. After that a phone call with Boss
5. References were checked after a face to face meeting,
6. Verbal offer
7. Hiring manager changed his mind - never received a written offer.
Interviewees relied to much on the personality pre-employment test, essentially using in correctly to dig into a persons background. (common mistake) If felt like that with some of the interviewer, there was no preparation (another common mistake)
They seem lost, not sure who or what they should be hiring, the Hiring Manager didn't seem like he was sure what he wanted in a candidate.

Question 1
I see that you state you have had strategic and tactical experience in your career, how does that correspond with your personality pre-employment test reporting that you were below the midpoint on 'Formality'.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WillScot (Phoenix, AZ) in Dec 2016
Interview
Started with a screening with the Sales Recruiter, then phone interviews with the Regional Manager, Inside Sales Manager and Divisional Vice-President. I then went to Phoenix for interview with senior management sales and company management. Very well done and very challenging, but gave a great overall impression of what the company is looking for and the direction they are heading.
