First completed a phone interview - approximately 30 minutes and the recruiter was very friendly and flexible to work around my busy schedule , very knowledgeable and helpful Second completed a in person interview - approximately 30 minutes with the manager - was given a tour at the end of the interview - answered any questions I had , very professional and polite Within minutes after the second interview was presented with next steps, submitting 5 references (2 had to be managers) and a third party application of previous employment, once completed was given a verbal offer

Phone interview, in person interview, follow up telephone call, offer of the position. Each step was clearly explained and the staff I worked with was amazing and nice. The interview in person went really smoothly and there were a lot of thoughtful and in depth questions. I felt like the hiring manager and staff were warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable and not nervous or scared.
