Two phone interviews followed up by a Superday in the Chicago office. The Superday was 5 interviews, some behavioral, some technical, and an informal lunch with 2 analysts. Really great Superday experience.

30 minute interview session set up through email. Was expecting 1/2 behavioral and 1/2 technical but ended up being completely behavioral. Had the classic TMAY, why William Blair, why Investment Banking, and why [industry group]. Also asked other basic behavioral questions about times you led a group and more.
