      FP&A Lead Interview

      1 July 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at William Grant & Sons

      Interview

I first had a phone screen with HR that got rescheduled due to HR having things come up, but it was fine and I was flexible. Afterwards, I had an in person interview with the company that I thought went ok. The hiring manager assured me they'd get back to me soon. It's now been 2.5 months and they couldn't even be bothered to send me a rejection email. I find that completely disrespectful that they couldn't be bothered to let me know I didn't get the role. If you have the time to do an in person interview with me, you have the time to change the name and job position on a boilerplate rejection email. Do better.
