I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at William O'Neil & Co (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
Initial contact with internal recruiter was bizarre. He was very unprofessional. I had a couple long phone interviews, several video interviews with multiple people. The people on the video interviews had their cameras off, which I thought was strange. I submitted many work samples, got lots of great feedback. I got multiple assurances that they were working on an offer. Then they ghosted me completely. I continued to see the job I interviewed for posted and re-posted for months. Maybe they had no intention of hiring anyone, but why put me through that?
