Process was organized and very smooth. Fast responses and very transparent with expectations. Email correspondence and speedy in answers. They even sent an email with the complete and entire on boarding process listing step by step what to expect and even when to expect information.

The recruiter was pleasant. He made it comfortable and helped with being nervous. He asked how much experience I’ve had in customer service. Also, what experience I’ve had with a not so happy customer and how did I help them to resolve their issue.
