I applied through LinkedIn, got a call to set up an interview about a week later, and was hired about 2 weeks after that. I got to the interview about 10 min early and they said I was free to browse while they got ready (take this time to note some of the products and store layout)! It was a group interview with 5 people in total. We met with the general manager and it felt very relaxed. She mostly went over job responsibilities, what a seasonal role entails, and let us ask a lot of questions, so have some ready (can ask about the store cc, hours, team dynamic, etc). She had us go around and say a little about ourselves (where are we from, where did we go to school, are we familiar with the brand, etc). Don't interrupt anyone ofc but if you can engage with the group a bit it can show some of your people skills/how you connect with others. She made it clear that prior brand knowledge/experience isn't required, they train you on all the policies and products. They're mostly looking for flexibility so just be open about your availability. They did also mention the potential to be hired on as a sales associate after the holiday season. Then we did a quick store tour and wrapped everything up within an hour. She said she would be in touch in a few weeks, but I received a call 6 days after the interview. I accepted the offer and was asked to come in in a week to fill out some paperwork, get set up as an employee, and discuss scheduling.
