I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Willow Bridge Property Company (Scottsdale, AZ) in Oct 2013
Interview
the first interview I had went great. but I declined the job due to other personal interests. I then went for another interview at another location and sat with the manager. and I expected it to be a professional setting and ask questions and go over my resume. But after my introduction with the manager she called in her assistant manager and her current leasing agent and they all three interviewed me. It felt very unprofessional and strange. having my potential co-worker interview me for the position.

Question 1
the unexpected questions was if I knew how to handle someone discussing religion. she told me I was not allowed to talk about religion at all because it was against fair housing and if anyone brought it up as a prospect I had to change the subject. the interview went on and I mentioned I attend church on Sundays and we had a further conversation about the property and then she sent me off to sign some papers and then off to take my drug test.
I interviewed at Willow Bridge Property Company (Atlanta, GA)

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Willow Bridge Property Company in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview was one of the best experiences ive ever had. I was asked ..."what do you see yourself doing in the future..." and I answered " I am looking forward to becoming Mananger one day" As the interview was coming to an end I was more than ready to start my Employment with Lincoln. It was just such positive vibes.
Interview for Leasing Consultant position was pretty easy. I think it was 1 or 2 phone interviews and then an interview with the Property Manager(s).
If you have prior experience in the industry it will be very simple for you.
Once you get the offer, the company will then require you to get certified to lease apartments. The exam itself costs about ~$200 and they will reimburse you when you pass. It takes a few hours of studying/online courses, and then you go to a testing center to take the final exam in person.

Question 1
No specific questions really stuck out to me.
Standard questions about things like: what is your prior work experience, what brought you to leasing/real estate, why do you want to work here, how do you deal with conflict resolution, etc.
It is an entry level position so I think the thing they look for the most is how you would fit with the Property Manager and the rest of the team at your specific location.
