I interviewed at Willow Spring Construction (Surrey, BC)
Interview
The interview process was straightforward and professional. It began with an initial phone or virtual screening focused on understanding my background, experience, and interest in the role. This was followed by a more detailed discussion with the hiring manager, where the conversation went deeper into relevant project experience, coordination responsibilities, and how I would fit within the team and company culture.
The process was conversational rather than overly formal, with an emphasis on real-world experience and practical problem-solving. Communication throughout the process was clear, and timelines and next steps were explained. Overall, the experience was efficient and respectful of time, giving a good sense of expectations and the working environment.

Interview
I 've a phone interview for first round. The hiring manager kept asking personal information such as my age, single or married, my last salary etc. Those questions are related to the job at all, He just wants to get some info rather than want to hire me and made me feel very uncomfortable.
