- One way video interview that has you respond to a series of questions. These were mostly behavioral, but you will probably talk about your experience.
- 30-minute phone call with an HR representative. Again, mostly behavioral. They asked about my familiarity with any testing frameworks and had me explain a little bit more about my experience. They asked about a project on my resume, as well as my favorite class.
- One-hour semi-technical: Had an in-depth conversation with a senior test engineer about my experience. They asked questions having to do with my problem-solving approach.
- Final Round Interviews/Conversations: In the final round, I met with several people. I met and conversed with more HR and PR reps. I had a technical interview which went over an assignment that had me research a certain testing framework. I put in 2-3 hours of prep for the assignment. After the technical, I met with another senior test engineer and talked about our backgrounds. Finally, I met with some test engineers where I was given the floor to ask questions I had.
Amazing experience. They got back to me in a day and a half.
