I was called and an appointment was made. When I arrived I waited for 10-15 min as the person I was scheduled to see and an errand he was still out doing.

Interview
simple. Required basic knowledge test on site. Seemed a little unneeded for the position. Included simple math and mostly language skills and basic reasoning. The position was labeled as Marketing but focused on more lead generation and sales. The CEO and staff were friendly and seemed to work together as a family.
