Wilsons interview questions

2hours of being grilled on how to sort out their ER problems. It was obvious that policies and procedures were not adhered to or referred to. I felt like they had only set up an interview to get answers to all their issues, which sounded numerous.

Pretty ok as they employ anyone to run their business. They have no process that's the problem and they don't provide any help at all.i am just adding extra words because I have nothing to say
