Very basic questions and easy. After being hired, they require a drug test and background check. When both are cleared, a manager trains the new hire for one day and the next time you're on your own.

Went into the office space above the store and was asked the most basic interview questions about strengths/weaknesses, resolving conflict, previous similar experience. Got a call back 2 hours after the interview with an acceptance and first day procedure.

Mostly situational and asked if I had any questions. Really basic interview but make sure you do a little research about the position and company beforehand. Think it was a turn-off that I didn’t ask any questions.
