Simple and straight forward questions. Not intimidating, it was an easy interview. They contacted me the next day and got me in for a drug test and background check within a couple days.

Very simple interview. They first give you a piece of paper with some 10-15 questions to answer about customer service then when you complete that you start the face to face interview.
