Question 1
What would you do if you were working in an isle that was blocked off for safety purposes and a lady needs something from it?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WinCo Foods (Victorville, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
I applied online and a little less than a week later I got a call for a 9 am interview. They have you go to the customer service area where they hand you a question packet and direct you to the break room. Once in the break room, you will answer a few scenario questions on the packet. It also has the job description. Be ready to have your interviewer review your answers with you.
Once they call your name, they bring you to a back office. I happened to be with the assistant manager. It was laid back and not very stressful. Also, towards the end of my interview, the store manager walked in. (I'm not sure if the manager will pop in on all interviews. I think he just happened to pass by). The manager himself introduced himself and gave me some rapid fire questions. Just be prepared to tell what you know about Winco as a company. Anyway, the manager talked to my interviewer and said that they'll talk...and it sounded pretty convincing to me. UPDATE: I got a call one week after my interview with an employment offer.
