I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at WinCo Foods in Dec 2024
Interview
I loved Jamie she was incredible, she wanted to make sure that I was comfortable and understood everything, she was there when I needed things after I started, I can say that out of all the people I interacted with for my daily tasks she was the nicest and most understanding.
I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at WinCo Foods
Interview
First, you are to wait in the breakroom, but be sure to give notce of your arrival to the right person. Second, you will be given a short survey no need to study for this one common sense question . Third, the interviewing manager will come out to get you. Not much to fear they are very nice and approachable people. Fourth, they will tell you they will call you after the interview questions of course. If you are selected, you have 24 hours to complete the background and drug test. Good luck!
if they told you to do something and a customer asked you on your way to do what they asked, would you help the customer? or what they told you to do first?
Was initially interviewed, told I would receive a follow up. I returned the call when I initially missed the call, and the recruiting manager told me I would have to respond by end of day which I did. Heard nothing after that.

Interview
This interview process was pretty basic and easy. I declined because I felt as if the pay was not the best. I was able to get a better paying job else where but this would be a good job if you are looking to pick up a second one.
