Winbro interview questions

Sat in an office and reviewed schedule availability. Was told I was hired immediately and then we toured the facility. There were only 6 employees at the time and the company was just starting.

Very average interview process not at all challenging. Manager knows exactly who he’s looking for to build the company. He’s also very attentive during the full interview. This company goes for those whom stands out during the interview process.
