Winc interview questions

Initial HR screening over the phone, followed by Face to face with hiring manager and the 2IC. Followed by a call with the Sales leader. Very quick and seamless process

Felt unorganized and like I was interviewing myself. There was no introduction about the role itself and was assumed I've already spoken to someone else from the team or HR Interviewer did go into depth about the company's future plans, which did peak interest. Was also pleasant to speak with.
