I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wind River (Bengaluru) in Sept 2022
Interview
1. Managerial Discussion 2. Technical discussion with onshore team 3. HR discussion First round is for the fitment round taken by the hiring manager. Second round is taken by the onshore team based on the requirement of the organisation not on the basis of your technical skillsets, as they will only hire you if you are working on full stack profile else you will not be hired. Third round is HR discussion where they will share the offer letter just before completing/serving your notice period, hence you will be in a dilemma that whether to go for this organisation or not. Happily, I have to drop their offer as I have good offer from a far more bigger organisation and where the expectation of the company was matching very much precisely with that of my current role.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They will ask you behavioral, situational, and full stack domain questions only.
it seems background match is what they are looking for. Multiple rounds of behaviour questions to see candidate's skill to handle different issues. tech round was easy. interest matching is more important.

Interview
This was the first HR screening round. He asked about my prior experience and then kept nagging about what my expected salary was and what my previous salary was. He was very persistent, and when I told him a number, he said he'd ask the tech manager and then ghosted me. Remember this: NEVER reveal the past or expected salary to them. The salary is to be decided after the interviews. Either that, or they are supposed to tell you the salary range they can offer. The number should NEVER be specified by you.

Question 1
What technologies did you work with earlier that are relevant to the current role.
