Wind & Sea Restaurants interview questions

The only way to get an interview here is to know someone who already works there. (After I was hired, I was instructed to tell anyone asking about applications that there weren't any positions open, even though they were actively hiring friends and family of employees). I basically had no official interview, being that my "in" person talked me up to the management. I just went in, sat in a small office, and was given the paperwork and handbook to fill out and return. They asked me my age and that was about it. Very simple. They seem to hire more based on looks than anything. There's always a pretty girl working at the hostess stand.
