A recruiter approached me via Linkedin and helped to arrange for an in-person interview. The actual interview process was a bit odd. I was directed into a room, which felt like a storage room and was given a psychometric written test (20mins given). While doing the test, 2 technicians came in did some fixing which was quite distracting. Two interviewers (both managers) conducted the interview. One manager was kind enough to explain about the organisation, while the other was a bit cold. I would say the vibe is a bit off, for me personally.
