      I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Window World (Apex, NC) in Dec 2022

      Interview

      1.Meet with crew/ install manager. 2. Show knowledge. 3. Install with a crew, show ability to install properly with attention to detail. 4. Install your own jobs. Being honest with yourself is a must. Sometimes mistakes are made, don’t try to hide them. Fix it right or ask someone for advice on how to fix it right.
