Windward interview questions

Had 9 interviews with this company over 2 months. In the end there was no feedback and frankly it was a complete waste of everyone's time this was compounded by a low ball offer which was less than I was on in my current role. There London office is very dated and not what you would expect from a top tech business. I would exercise caution before here.

The process started with a phone call with the HR, a home test, an interview with the manager, and then a call with HR and recommendations. Overall, the test wasn't too difficult.
