Wine Rack Store Manager interview questions

Phone interview with a recruitment agency. Felt like I was being sold the job, which makes me suspicious. Interviewer made a point about another Wine Rack employee who got in trouble for not putting a sign up after closing the store with a specific time of return, when going to the washroom. The idea of not having a washroom all day at work is definitely a minus!! Also, the interviewer told me that I don't have a problem drinking wine, as I'm not muslim....and how on earth would this person know either of those things???? Very presumptuous.

Two part interview. One with an Area Manager and the other with a DSM. The Area Manager asked behavioural questions that were heavily scripted. The DSM did not ask much and was all over the map. I am not sure if they have done a formal interview before. The questions did not always make a lot of sense.
