Interview process was smooth, very well coordinated by the HR. It consisted a total of 3 rounds. First being fitment, second being case study & final round with the growth head

Despite clearing few rounds and ask for case study to submit, they will ghost you and not schedule another round.
Weeks of follow up over email and call. Hr has time to text over phone- asking to submit your concern but will never bother to reply if you ask a question about schedule or feedback.
Highly unprofessional company and team. If your time is important, so is candidate time.

Interview
I would break down the interview process into the following rounds with timelines involved.
1.Initial screening round -within 2 days after application.
2.1st round of interview (telephonic)- 3-4 days after application.
3.Case study round -5-6 days after application
4.Discussion around the submitted case study (+1 or +2 days after you submit the case study.)
5.F2F interview at the Delhi HQ (depends on the availability of the panel and the candidate) mine took 5-6 days.
I had to travel from a different city to the HQ for the interview.
F2F interview rounds -all completed within the same day.
6-Culture fitment-2 days after the F2F interview (telephonic).
By this step I had already cleared the entire interview process and had been selected (which I have in a written confirmation from HR).
They had asked all the relevant documents which were submitted and then all I heard was "All the documents and everything looks great and we are ready to release the offer letter to you tomorrow-end of this week-starting next week -end of next week"and the story went on for almost 3-4 weeks and I did not hear back from them.
They reason I was excited about this job was definitely for the type to work these guys are doing and the opportunity on plate.

If anyone from the core team Paras,Sparsh or Sameer is reading this .Please take this as a genuine feedback to improve the interviewing process.
A lot of time, energy and efforts go into the interview process from both the sides -The company as a whole and the candidate as well.
and this kind of end closure is something which the candidate should not be ment to go through.
