      I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Wingspan Arts (New York, NY) in Jan 2015

      Interview

      Group interview where we had to pretend we were dealing with a class. It was a bit awkward but fine I guess. It was very interesting to see how the office members perceived how kids would react. It's not at all a true depiction, atleast from my experience.
