Une courte entrevue téléphonique avec un membre de la direction et une entrevue en personne avec un membre de la direction. L’entrevue en personne est de 30-45 minutes. Le processus d’entrevue est plutôt simple. Il n’y a pas eu d’examen.

The interview process was really smooth, the ladies were extremly nice and I was really confortable with them right away. The process included two visio interview and one exercice. The process took around 2 weeks.

Interview
First interview by phone then at the agency, the questions purpose wasn't really clear and sometimes the person seemed a little overwhelmed, I felt like she was tired of the organization and needed help, she was nice though. After these two interviews with tho different people I never had any news and no reply to my email... I found it disrespectful but maybe for the best...

- Described a situation then asked what would you do? (the situation wasn't so clear, it was something like "you know that you won't be able to meet the deadline for your client, what do you do?")
