General interview questions. communication between Human Resources and hiring parts of county is very poor. HR is uninformed and doesn’t provide much information to new hires. HR will contact you for interview, schedule, later on either no call or receive job offer. They won’t know where to tell you to report first day. Communication and onboarding process is poor.
