The vibe was comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire interview process. The interviewer was nice. The questions were typical interview questions, ranging from behavioral to customer service-related, which he randomly selected from a pool of pre-written questions on a piece of paper.

I have a phone interview first, very friendly HR, respond very quickly as well; 2nd round is face to face interview, understanding of the company, why winners and so on
