I applied online. I interviewed at Winona State University (Winona, MN) in Sept 2022
Interview
Pretty relaxed and judgment-free overall. The interviewers were fellow students, which really helped set a comfortable tone. They asked relevant, practical questions, stayed focused, and kept the interview short and efficient, making the experience approachable, low-pressure, and easy to engage with from start to finish.

Interview
Two panel interviews asking generic questions that are found in other places. Pretty average interview. First interview with staff next interview with administrator. Interviews were on same day. Also did phone interview before in person interview
Fairly intense with multiple phases. You have some basic interviews, but also panel interviews. You will also need to do some training. It's intended to ensure you are capable of handling the RA lifestyle and does a good job of showing if you have what it takes.
