It seems like they're aggressively poaching from their competitors. During interview, they asked several questions regarding my current company which I don't think it's fair practice which made me uncomfortable. Otherwise, the manager is very friendly.

I applied online and got invited to attend an interview in 1 week. The interview was technical, talking about past experiences, and had a technical question towards the end. Waited around 2 weeks for them to get back to me with an offer.
