I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Winthrop Resources (Minnetonka, MN) in June 2011

Interview

I participated in two interviews. The first interview lasted for two hours--I received an extraneous amount of detail about the position and my interviewer did most of the talking. The second interview felt like a formality and lasted approximately 25 minutes.
