There were 2 interview stages, one was done virtually with the higher up managers and one was done in person at the Costco location I had applied to. All the questions were pretty typical and the process was not difficult.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wireless Advocates (Santa Rosa, CA) in June 2016
Interview
Sat with DM at table in Costco. He asked me about my experience and explained.to me the pay structure. He then offered me the job on the spot and submitted new hirepaperwork .
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wireless Advocates (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2019
Interview
Basic interview for a starting job. Done in the costco food court. Basic questions. As long as you dress decent, and have half a brain you should be good to go.

Question 1
What makes you think you can be successful in sales?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wireless Advocates (Ogden, UT) in Oct 2018
Interview
Really basic phone interview and then a sit down interview that was more of a formality. They are really not picky at all with who they hire as I found out what kind of people they were hiring as my coworkers. Not impressed.
