First 20-30 minutes was basic "get to know you". Then you got a paper with technical interview questions & were left alone for 20-30 minutes. Then, employees returned & discussed technical interview.

Phone screen with an initial recruiter then an in person appointment with a different recruiter at a staffing company. Now I wait for potential positions for which I am a good fit. I have not been re-contacted for presentation to a client as of yet.
