1 seul entretien sur recommandation d'un manager déjà dans la société Lors de la reprise (rachat) de notre marque par le groupe, j'ai été recommandé par un de nos ingénieurs car j'avais travaillé 5 ans auparavant pour cette même marque et j'ai obtenu un RV avec le directeur technique qui était de suite concluant. Pas de 2e passage devant la RH ou la DG. J'ai reçu mon contrat par mail puis par courrier et j'ai signé.

The interviewing processby the general manager was fairly straightforward. He reviewed my CV and asked about relevant experiences which was none, except that i studied mechanical engineering at this is a heavy machineries companies. He explained the nature of the work and asked whether i would be okay with them and thats about it 2-3 days later the HR called and told me i got the job.
